Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Product Management, Marketing, or related field with 5+ years' experience; or Bachelor's with 7+ years.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Direct experience in cross-border logistics, international transportation, or global supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for cross-border logistics solutions.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to address business challenges with customer-focused solutions.
• Apply customer-centered design to improve experience and differentiation.
• Develop go-to-market, marketing, and sales strategies to drive adoption and revenue.
• Conduct market, competitive, regulatory, and economic analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
• Build business cases, forecasts, and KPIs to support investments and prioritization.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects from concept to implementation.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customs, and Technology teams on strategic initiatives.
• Use data insights to identify trends, measure results, and drive improvements.
• Serve as SME on cross-border transportation, customs, trade compliance, and international logistics.
• Drive accountability for customer, operational, and business performance objectives.
