Qualifications

10+ years in product or program management, product marketing, business development or tech.
Experience blending product and program mgmt to execute strategic initiatives.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and end-to-end delivery.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience as a product manager or owner.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the comprehensive commercial strategy for Cross Border across geographies.
Develop pricing models, customer segmentation, and go-to-market plans.
Lead transition to program ownership and scale with compliance workflows.
Define the program roadmap from pilot to GA with milestones.
Drive cross-functional alignment across operations, customs, and last-mile delivery.
Partner with Product and Tech to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Define KPIs and monitor program health.
