BCG Attorney Search is seeking an M&A Associate for its Cross Border M&A Team in Miami. The ideal candidate has a JD and at least three years of experience handling mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters, with fluency in Spanish.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, coordinating due diligence, and advising on structuring across the US and Latin America. The role emphasizes cross-border collaboration and precise execution.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various transaction documents and corporate materials.
• Support transaction structuring and execution across the US, Latin America, and other international markets.
• Conduct and coordinate legal due diligence on corporate and transaction-related materials.
• Collaborate with cross-practice and cross-border deal teams.
• Advise on corporate governance, entity formation, and post-closing integration matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, counterparties, and internal deal teams.
