Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced midlevel associate to join their Corporate M&A team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Corporate M&A experience, particularly in private equity transactions.

This role involves drafting and negotiating merger agreements, managing transactions, and advising clients on general corporate matters. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and bar admission in Florida are required, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of Corporate M&A experience.
• Private equity transaction experience preferred.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate merger agreements and related documents.
• Manage and close M&A and related transactions.
• Conduct legal due diligence.
• Advise clients on corporate and business matters.
• Work with representation and warranty insurance underwriting.
