Job summary

Maersk Ground Freight is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive local sales in McAllen, TX, and provide cross-border support for Reynosa, MX. You will grow the customer base, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships while traveling to Mexico as needed.

The role offers a base salary, quarterly commissions, a car allowance, and comprehensive benefits. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively serve the cross-border market.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven sales success in logistics or freight forwarding is preferred.
• Strong customer focus with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Analytical and solutions-oriented mindset for complex supply chain challenges.
• Experience using Salesforce and MS Office tools.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within McAllen and surrounding areas.
• Drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships across the region.
• Collaborate with local, national, and global teams to deliver logistics solutions.
• Travel locally and to Reynosa, MX to support cross-border trade initiatives.
