Job summary

Bayer is seeking recent or upcoming graduates to join our Rotational Development Program within Crop Science Product Supply in Missouri. You will rotate across multiple areas, complete three 8-month assignments within 24 months, and be matched to a full-time role upon program completion.

You will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to cross-functional teams, with opportunities in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, and Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed by May 2027.
• GPA 3.0 or above at graduation time.
• Clear and concise written and spoken communication.
• Ability to work well in a team and cross-functional settings.
• Willingness to learn quickly and demonstrate leadership potential.
• Mobility and openness to relocation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience across the organization and collaborate to ensure customer satisfaction.
