Bayer Crop Science is offering a Rotational Development Program Associate in Missouri. The program provides hands-on exposure across Product Supply, Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, and Engineering with multiple 8-month rotations and development opportunities.

You will receive mentoring and be prepared for a future full-time role within Bayer. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree by May 2027, a 3.0+ GPA, strong English communication, and a collaborative mindset with willingness to relocate

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field completed by May 2027
GPA of 3.0 or above at time of graduation
Express ideas clearly to diverse audiences
Proficient in English
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate internationally
Willingness to learn quickly and take initiative

Responsibilities

Work across focus areas such as Product Supply, Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, and Engineering
Complete three 8-month assignments over 24 months
Contribute to cross-functional projects with stakeholders
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Analyze key data to identify performance opportunities and drive change
