Bayer is offering a 12-week Crop Science Sales Intern program in the United States. You will join a sales team across Seeds & Traits, Crop Protection, Agronomy, and Digital Farming Solutions, with a dedicated mentor providing day-to-day guidance and feedback.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, agronomy, business, and data analytics while contributing to real projects. You must be pursuing at least a bachelor’s degree, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be willing to relocate to

Responsibilities

• Learn about Bayer’s sales portfolio with mentor support.
• Complete projects to deepen product knowledge and present findings.
• Develop relationships with farmer customers and partners.
• Understand market dynamics and Bayer’s role in sustainable agriculture.
• Build skills in sales, agronomy, business, and digital tools.
