The primary responsibilities of this role, Rotational Development Program Associate, will be focused on one of multiple focus areas such as Product Supply, Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, and Engineering. There will also be a focus on development and improvement initiatives that have local, regional, and global impact within the three rotations. The goal of this program is to offer challenging assignments through hands‑on experience as a team member within each assigned function. Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $52,500 - $78,800. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits may include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc (if relevant).
