FIRST INSURANCE GROUP LLC is seeking a Crop Account Manager to service federal and private crop insurance business across the OneFNIC footprint. You will be the primary operational resource for agents and producers, ensuring accurate policy administration, regulatory compliance, timely processing, and outstanding customer service.

You will collaborate with internal teams, carrier partners, and field personnel using standardized workflows and agency technology platforms.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of crop insurance experience.
• Working knowledge of MPCI products and procedures.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Process crop insurance applications, policy changes, transfers, cancellations, and reinstatements for an assigned book of business.
• Prepare and submit acreage and production reports, claims documentation, and compliance records.
• Maintain accurate policy records in EPIC and carrier systems.
• Review policy transactions for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor policy activity and identify issues affecting coverage eligibility.
• Serve as primary service resource for agents and producers.
• Respond to inquiries regarding policy provisions, coverage options, and billing matters.
• Assist agents with coverage alternatives and risk management solutions.
• Coordinate with carrier underwriting, claims, and processing teams.
• Demonstrate ownership of responsibilities, deadlines, and service commitments.
