Job summary

FNIC Trusted Insurance Advisors seeks a Crop Account Manager to service federal and private crop insurance across OneFNIC footprint. You’ll ensure accurate policy administration, regulatory compliance, timely processing, and excellent customer service throughout the crop insurance lifecycle.

The role collaborates with internal teams, carrier partners, and field personnel using EPIC and agency platforms, with remote work options and a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of crop insurance experience
• Working knowledge of MPCI products and procedures
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Process crop insurance applications, policy changes, transfers, cancellations, and reinstatements for an assigned book of business.
• Prepare and submit acreage reports, production reports, claims documentation, and supporting compliance records.
• Maintain accurate policy records within EPIC and carrier systems; review transactions for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary service resource for agents and client producers/growers; respond to inquiries and coordinate with underwriting/claims teams.
