Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Exercise judgement to determine liability by gathering and analyzing relevant facts, following procedures.
• Determine policy verification and coverage by analyzing claims and determining coverage applicability.
• Participate in Risk Management Agency reviews and referrals for operations integrity and quality assurance.
• Protect Zurich’s reputation by keeping claims information confidential.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge through education, industry trends, networking, and professional societies.
