Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6+ months in agriculture.
• Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program Certification (CAPP) must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
• Reliable personal transportation and travel within territory.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• With minimal supervision, completes field inspections and related tasks such as reading maps and aerial photos.
• Discuss findings of crop loss with farmers on complex claims.
• Conveys complex regulations to claimants, agents, and industry personnel.
• Performs fact-finding regarding crop damage and transmits loss information to determine indemnities.
• Complete claim reviews and audits on lower-level adjusters as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
