Job summary
Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Croatian-speaking Tech Support Representative to join a global technology account based in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will handle technical inquiries from Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, helping with setup, troubleshooting, and account-related questions.
You should have native or fluent Croatian and good English, with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
Qualifications
- Croatian language fluency required.
- Strong English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn.
- No mandatory prior experience; advantageous but not required.
- EU citizenship or legal authorisation to work in the EU.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with product setup, troubleshooting, and account inquiries.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems while ensuring great customer experience.
- Escalate complex cases to specialised teams when needed.
- Document customer interactions using CRM and ticketing systems.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and updates.
- Meet individual and team performance targets while maintaining satisfaction.
