Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia invites applications for a CRNA opportunity at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington, IL. You will perform anesthesia care across a variety of cases including neuro and ortho, participate in pre-anesthesia assessments, obtain consent, and discuss options with patients.

In-house 24-hour shift options and in-house call for 24-hr CRNAs are noted. The role includes a generous total rewards package with 24-hour availability, sign-on bonus, and loan

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Case assignments include Neuro, ortho, general, and more; regional blocks may be performed.
• Pre-anesthesia assessment and obtaining/verifying informed consent.
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients.
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor patient’s physiological condition during procedures.
• Perform clinical interventions as needed.
