OSF HealthCare in Illinois is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to perform preoperative patient assessments, prepare and maintain equipment, and evaluate anesthetic agents before, during, and after procedures. The hourly rate for this position is $145.82/hour. This is a Salaried position.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist completes preoperative patient assessments and prepares and maintains necessary tools and resources for procedures. Responsible for evaluation of anesthetic agents used for patients before, during, and after procedures. Actively observe and assess patients throughout the course of procedures and ensures safe patient emergence from anesthetic. Performs supplemental anesthesia duties in situations as needed and directed by anesthesiologist.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing OR Accredited School of Anesthesia Experience: 1 year experience as a staff nurse License/Certifications: APN-Advanced Practice RN BLS from American Heart Association ACLS from American Heart Association Certification by American Association of Nurse Anesthetists OR accredited CRNA program PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1-3 years of experience as a staff nurse
