Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia invites qualified CRNAs to join a community-oriented Springfield, IL hospital. The practice includes general, ortho, cardiac, pediatrics, and OB, with options to focus on pediatrics, OB, or cardiovascular cases.

The position offers a generous compensation package: a salary of $315,000, a $100k sign-on bonus, overtime pay at $209.41/hr, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for leadership and professional development.

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse (RN) in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Case assignments across general, ortho, cardiac, pediatrics, OB and more; option to concentrate on pediatric, OB or CV.
• Pre-anesthesia assessment and obtaining/verifying patient consent.
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients.
• Induction, maintenance and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor patient’s physiological condition; perform clinical interventions as needed.

The regional medical center provides residents of central and southern Illinois with comprehensive healthcare using modern technology.
