Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a CRNA to provide high-quality anesthesia care in a collaborative setting. You will assess patients, prepare medications, monitor anesthesia, and ensure patient safety across procedures.

Qualifications

• CRNA must be graduate of COA-accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Assess data related to patient history and planned procedure.
• Maintain a safe environment and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assists with collecting, reviewing, and evaluating data pertinent to the patient’s medical and surgical history.
• Maintains a safe environment and responds to emergencies and safety hazards.
• Prepares and administers medications and fluids per safe practice standards.
• Monitors airway, anesthesia depth, fluids status, and physiologic responses.
• Completes documentation: surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative record, transfer-of-care note.
• Logs incident reporting in the computerized Safety Portal.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
