Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia team. The CRNA will focus on patient safety and high-quality anesthesia care across cases within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.

Responsibilities

• Assess and review patient history and planned procedure data.
• Maintain a safe environment and respond to emergencies and safety hazards.
• Prepare and administer medications and fluids per safe practice standards.
• Monitor airway, anesthesia depth, fluid status, and physiologic response to ensure patient safety.
• Complete documentation: surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative anesthetic record, and transfer-of-care note.
• Log incident reporting in the Safety Portal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
