Job summary
RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in East Chicago, IN. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7am–3:30pm) with evening, weekend, and holiday on-call rotations.
Relocation assistance is available in a tech-forward environment, with a HIMSS Stage VII facility and opportunities to tailor your practice around your goals. Responsibilities include pre-anesthetic assessments, anesthesia care planning, airway management, and post-anesthesia
Qualifications
- Must graduate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
- Current RN license in the state.
- APRNs license with CRNA credentials.
- Board certification or eligibility by NBCRNA.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required.
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-anesthetic assessment and evaluation.
- Develop anesthesia care plans based on patient history and surgical needs.
- Select, obtain, and administer anesthetics and adjuncts.
- Manage airway and ventilation; monitor patient status.
- Provide post-anesthesia care and recovery evaluation.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff.
- Maintain HIMSS Stage VII digital medical records and QA initiatives.
