Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for full-time, permanent placement in East Chicago, IN.

The role includes an on-call rotation with evenings, weekends, and holidays; competitive hourly compensation; relocation assistance available. The CRNA will perform pre-anesthetic assessments, develop anesthesia plans, manage airway and ventilation, and oversee anesthesia care across multiple operating suites.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program.
• Current state RN license.
• Current state APRN prescriber license.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the NBCRNA.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Proficiency with Epic EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document pre-anesthetic assessment and evaluation.
• Develop an anesthesia care plan based on patient history and surgical needs.
• Select, obtain, and administer anesthesia and related drugs and fluids.
• Manage patient airway and pulmonary status during anesthesia.
• Facilitate emergence and recovery from anesthesia.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and evaluate response to anesthesia.
• Support 28 ORs and related areas including GI suites, Cath Labs, and IR.
• Manage daily patient volume and participate in call rotation.
