Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a CRNA to join the Wake Forest Baptist Clemmons team in Clemmons, NC. This full-time position involves delivering anesthesia in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with emphasis on safety and perioperative care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program, Master’s Degree or higher.
• Registered Nurse licensure in NC + current CN Cert.
• CPR, ACLS, BLS certifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care using safe, high-quality techniques during procedures.
• Mentor Student Nurse Anesthetists where possible.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure peri-operative care and patient safety.
• Document and maintain patient records per hospital standards, ensuring confidentiality.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility, readiness, and punctuality for patient care.
• Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Contribute to cost containment by conserving resources.
