Job summary

You will collaborate with the anesthesia and surgical teams, document per hospital standards, and participate in ongoing professional development and cost-containment efforts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program; Master’s Degree or higher.
• RN licensure from NC and NBC certification as Nurse Anesthetist.
• Current CPR Certification – ACLS, BLS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross‑disciplinary teams.
• Ability to demonstrate clinical competency within granted privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care and perioperative planning for patients, considering comorbidities and age.
• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure patient safety and quality improvement.
• Document and maintain patient records per hospital standards.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility and prompt patient care delivery.
• Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Contribute to cost containment by conserving resources.
