Advocate Health is seeking a CRNA for the Wake Forest Baptist Clemmons location in Clemmons, NC. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a robust incentive program within a large, nonprofit integrated health system.

You will provide safe anesthesia services, precept students when possible, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal peri-operative care while maintaining accurate documentation and a focus on patient safety.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program (Master’s or higher).
• Current RN licensure in NC and NBCRNA certification.
• CPR with ACLS/BLS certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia using safe techniques during procedures.
• Precept Student Nurse Anesthetists when possible.
• Collaborate with medical team to ensure peri-operative anesthesia care.
• Document patient records per hospital standards and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility to deliver timely patient care.
• Drive quality improvement and infection prevention within responsibilities.
• Contribute to cost containment and resource conservation.
