Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is hiring a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our Inpatient Anesthesia Team in Winston-Salem, NC. The role offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and ample opportunities for professional growth.

You will contribute to a high-volume, multidisciplinary environment at a level 1 trauma center, providing perioperative care across orthopedic, vascular, cardiothoracic, and other services, with supportive CME and transition incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program with Master’s degree or higher.
• Current North Carolina RN license and NBCRNA certification.
• CPR certifications (ACLS/BLS) and clinical competency in perioperative care.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative anesthesia care across diverse cases in inpatient settings.
• Precept and mentor student nurse anesthetists when applicable.
• Collaborate with surgical and medical teams to ensure patient safety.
• Maintain patient records per hospital standards and ensure confidentiality.
• Demonstrate professionalism and ongoing professional development.
• Contribute to cost containment and resource stewardship.
