Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in Winston-Salem, NC invites a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our Inpatient Anesthesia Team. The role offers 40 hours per week with flexible 8-, 11-, 12-, and 13-hour shifts, including hybrid and weekend options, across a high-volume surgical service.

The CRNA will provide anesthesia in diverse cases, mentor students, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality perioperative care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program and advanced degree.
• Current North Carolina RN licensure and board certification as a CRNA.
• CPR certification with ACLS and BLS current.
• Strong verbal and written communication; clinical competency.

Responsibilities

• Precept Student Nurse Anesthetist and mentor medical students.
• Determine appropriate patient care plan considering peri-operative factors.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure safety and quality care.
• Document and maintain patient records per hospital standards.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility and professional development.
