Market Street Talent, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead business-side planning and execution across multiple workstreams in a large CRM transformation.

The role focuses initially on membership initiatives while supporting other customer-facing operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project/program management or business operations, with strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of project management, program management, or business operations experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Strong ability to manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and communications in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple business workstreams within a CRM transformation program.
• Manage key initiatives supporting membership operations, customer engagement, and related business functions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Gather business requirements and translate objectives into actionable project plans.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate collaboration across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and execution readiness.
• Drive launch readiness and operational readiness activities to support program implementation.
• Help define and establish operational processes required to support new programs, services, and organizational initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and provide timely status updates to stakeholders, sponsors, and leadership.
• Ensure project deliverables remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
