Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Architect to lead the functional design of a defined workstream within a Salesforce Life Sciences program. You will run requirements sessions, translate business processes into platform solutions, and guide a team of functional analysts and configurators.

You will work with client owners, partner with technical leads, and contribute to governance, testing, data migration and user adoption, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Salesforce functional design or solution consulting.
• 3+ years delivering Salesforce for Life Sciences or regulated industries.
• 1+ year Salesforce Life Sciences Patient services experience.
• 1+ year Salesforce Life Sciences experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12+ years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional solution design for an assigned Life Sciences workstream within Salesforce.
• Lead design workshops with client business and product owners, translating to user stories and specs.
• Configure and demonstrate Salesforce Life Sciences capabilities with prototypes.
• Make day-to-day design decisions, document trade-offs, and escalate as needed.
• Guide and review the work of analysts, configurators and offshore team members.
• Support testing, data migration, training and deployment activities, drive user adoption.
• Contribute to proposals, demonstrations and estimates during pursuits.
