Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Manager CRM Systems to lead our Marketing Technology team within the Information Technology group. You will oversee development, configuration, and support of CLA's Marketing Technology applications, driving efficiency, data quality, and secure integrations across systems.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, and a results-oriented mindset, with experience in leading Martech initiatives and mentoring technical staff.

Qualifications

• 8 years relevant experience required.
• Experience with Marketing Technology platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, marketing automation tools, analytics or customer data platforms) preferred.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Marketing technology leadership: manage MarTech team operations, align with policies, budgeting, data quality, security, privacy, and change management. Lead integrations for all MarTech systems.
• Supervisory: interview, hire, and develop Martech staff; coordinate schedules and workload; ensure day-to-day coverage.
• Team project management: oversee IT projects with time and budget controls and effective communication.
• Administrative: manage vendor relationships, assist users, test cases, validate patches and upgrades to the environment.
• Training and documentation: create training materials; document business processes and requests.
