Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) seeks an experienced Manager CRM Systems to join its Information Technology team. You will lead Marketing Technology operations, oversee development and support of MarTech applications, and drive projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include team leadership, vendor coordination, and ensuring data quality, security, and change management across systems. A Bachelor’s or equivalent experience is required, with preferred CRM/Marketing Tech platform

Qualifications

• 8 years relevant experience required.
• Experience with Marketing Technology platforms preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Leadership of Marketing Technology operations and MarTech team.
• Oversight of development, configuration, and support for Marketing Technology applications.
• Lead team project management on IT initiatives, within budget and schedule.
• Training, documentation, and vendor coordination for enhancements and patches.
• Ensure data quality, security, and change management standards.
