Qualifications

• Experience with Marketing Technology platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, marketing automation tools, analytics or customer data platforms) preferred.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing Technology operations and integrations across MarTech systems.
• Manage Martech team including hiring, scheduling, and performance coaching.
• Oversee project management on IT initiatives within budget and timeline.
• Develop documentation and training materials for processes.
• Collaborate with product owners, business leaders, and technical teams to deliver outcomes.
