Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking an experienced Manager of Marketing Technology Systems to lead the MarTech team within the Information Technology group. The role focuses on marketing technology leadership, system integrations, data governance, and process improvement to support CLA’s business needs.

You will drive collaboration across product owners, business leaders, and technical teams, ensuring standards, security, and efficient delivery while mentoring a team through complex initiatives

Qualifications

• 8 years relevant experience required.
• Experience with Marketing Technology platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, marketing automation tools, analytics or customer data platforms) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Marketing Technology operations and MarTech team performance.
• Lead integrations for all MarTech systems, including development, monitoring, and design.
• Manage budgeting, data quality, security, privacy, and change management standards.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews for Martech team.
• Engage with vendors and validate patches and upgrades to the environment.
