Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Manager CRM Systems to join our Information Technology team. This role oversees development, configuration, and support of CLA's Marketing Technology applications to enable effective marketing, data integration, and user support.

You will lead a MarTech team, drive project delivery on time and within budget, mentor staff, and partner with product owners and business leaders to translate complex concepts into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• 8 years relevant experience required.
• Experience with Marketing Technology platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, marketing automation tools, analytics or customer data platforms) preferred.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, configuration, and support activities for CLA's Marketing Technology applications.
• Lead Martech team daily operations, budgeting, data quality, security, privacy, and change management.
• Manage team interviewing, hiring, and performance; ensure coverage and training.
