Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking an experienced Manager of Marketing Technology Systems to lead the Marketing Technology team within the Information Technology group. The role focuses on leadership, data quality, and end-to-end MarTech integrations across platforms.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with marketing technologies, strong communication, and proven management capabilities to drive projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8 years relevant experience required.
• Experience with Marketing Technology platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, marketing automation tools, analytics or customer data platforms) preferred.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Marketing technology leadership: oversee MarTech team operations and standards.
• Oversee integrations and data quality across MarTech systems.
• Lead team project management on IT initiatives within budget and deadlines.
• Develop training and documentation in collaboration with business.
