Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Manager CRM Systems to lead the Marketing Technology team within our Information Technology group. The role focuses on developing, configuring, and supporting CLA's Marketing Technology applications to enable business use.

Key responsibilities include leading MarTech operations, supervising staff, and driving project delivery on IT initiatives. A strong background in marketing tech and communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

8 years relevant experience required.
Experience with Marketing Technology platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, marketing automation, CDPs) preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Marketing technology leadership: manage MarTech teams, ensure SOPs, data quality, security, and change management.
Supervisory: interview, hire, and manage Martech staff; coordinate schedules and workloads.
Team project management: lead IT projects on time and within budget.
Administrative: maintain vendor relationships and validate patches/upgrades.
Training and documentation: create and deliver training materials and process docs.
