Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Sales Coordinator- Data Center Development in Seattle, WA to support Salesforce admin, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will act as a liaison between Enterprise Sales and Marketing, evangelize CRM adoption, and contribute to sales operations initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, familiarity with Salesforce, and strong MS Office skills. Power BI/Tableau knowledge and teamwork are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Sales operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM systems preferred; Salesforce reporting experience preferred.
• MS Office proficiency; SharePoint preferred.
• Power BI and Tableau knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Salesforce (CRM), including data quality, report generation and license management.
• Act as liaison between Enterprise Sales and Marketing and other departments to provide technical assistance for Salesforce (CRM).
• Evangelize Salesforce (CRM) use, help establish standards, and drive adoption.
• Engage in sales operations activities and/or projects as assigned.
• Provide documentation/project tracking and management reporting as needed or requested.
• Schedule, lead, or coordinate meetings and ensure tracking and follow-up of resulting action items. Take meeting notes as needed.
• Enforce project deadlines and schedules.
