We are hiring a Sales Coordinator for Data Center Development to support Salesforce (CRM) administration, data quality, and reporting, while coordinating cross‑functional activities with Enterprise Sales and Marketing.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus experience in sales operations and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Sales operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and Salesforce reporting preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; SharePoint preferred.
• BI tools Power BI and Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and operational support to Salesforce, including data quality and license management.
• Act as liaison between Enterprise Sales and Marketing for Salesforce.
• Advocate Salesforce usage and drive adoption across teams.
• Engage in sales operations activities and projects as assigned.
• Provide documentation, tracking and management reporting as needed.
• Schedule, lead or coordinate meetings and track follow-ups; take notes as needed.
• Enforce project deadlines and schedules.

The Opportunity with McKinstry

We are adding a Sales Coordinator- Data Center Development to our growing Data Center Innovations division in Seattle, WA. Additionally, some responsibilities you will have include:

• Provide administrative and operational support to Salesforce (CRM), including data quality, report generation and license management.
• Act as liaison between Enterprise Sales and Marketing and other departments to provide technical assistance for Salesforce (CRM).
• Evangelize Salesforce (CRM) use, help establish standards, and drive adoption.
• Engage in sales operations activities and/or projects as assigned.
• Provide documentation/project tracking and management reporting as needed or requested.
• Schedule, lead, or coordinate meetings and ensure tracking and follow‑up of resulting action items. Take meeting notes as needed.
• Enforce project deadlines and schedules.

What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Sales operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM systems preferred; Experience generating reports in Salesforce preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools—Power BI and Tableau preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, and attention to detail required.
• Excellent team and positive interpersonal skills, with a general willingness to help others required.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $41.00 per hour; however, base pay offered my vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. This is a non‑exempt role and will be paid hourly. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
