Job summary

GC Orthodontics America is seeking a Sales Administration & CRM Manager to oversee performance reporting, KPI governance, and business planning across North America. The role partners with the Commercial Leadership Team to drive data-driven decisions and optimize CRM usage.

You will manage Salesforce dashboards, forecast accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration, supporting growth initiatives with rigorous analytics and executive-ready materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, CRM administration, or a related commercial support function.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own administration, monitoring, and reporting of KPI performance and dashboards.
• Support development of mid-term and annual business plans; produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Lead sales forecasting, analytics, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Manage CRM governance, dashboards, data integrity, and user guidelines; drive adoption.
• Coordinate reporting for leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions.
