Job summary

Kuros Biosciences seeks a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to design and scale commercial analytics, governance, and processes. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Market Access, and Supply Chain to drive data-driven decisions in a fast-growing orthopedic/biotech environment.

The role is hybrid from Alpharetta, GA, offering critical governance and operational rigor to support revenue growth across regions. Strong Excel, BI, and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business/finance related field is required.
• ~3-6 years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, analytics, or related role.
• Experience in medical devices, biotech, diagnostics, or regulated healthcare markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to provide insights on pipeline, sales performance, quota attainment, conversion rates, win/loss, funnel analysis, churn, and revenue mix.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses for leadership decisions (scenario modeling, territory growth, pricing sensitivity, competitor benchmarking).
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews, forecasting reviews, and pipeline reviews; prepare materials, variance analyses, and insights.
• Track sales health metrics; identify trends, outliers, risks and opportunities.
• Assist in forecasting: prepare inputs, build models, support consensus with stakeholders.
