Job summary

Hilco Global is seeking an Associate, CRM Reporting to join the CRM and Corporate Intelligence team. The role focuses on delivering enterprise CRM reporting, dashboards, and executive insights across Hilco's divisions.

You will work with Salesforce, Workday, and other data sources to enable data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a strong BI background, advanced Power BI skills, and experience with forecasting, ROI, and analytics in a professional services or

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Three or more years of progressive experience in CRM analytics, business intelligence, revenue or sales operations, financial analysis, or commercial reporting.
Advanced Power BI capability, including dashboard development, data modeling, Power Query, and DAX.
Strong SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, including multi-source data reconciliation and executive-ready analysis.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and data, plus exposure to an ERP, finance system, data warehouse, or enterprise data platform; Workday is preferred.
Experience automating recurring reporting workflows and maintaining datasets, business rules, and quality controls.
Applied experience with pipeline, forecasting, revenue, ROI, attribution, customer, or relationship analytics.
Strong communication and workstream-management skills, with the ability to explain assumptions and meet deadlines.
Experience with Python, Tableau, Oracle, external market-data platforms, and approved AI-assisted analytics tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver enterprise CRM reporting and executive insights; own recurring reporting packages and Power BI dashboards.
Strengthen pipeline intelligence and forecasting; produce revenue outlooks and reconcile forecasts.
Measure business development and marketing effectiveness with ROI analytics and attribution rules.
Integrate and govern data from Salesforce, Workday, and external sources; automate data preparation and reporting workflows.
Transform data into decision support; lead analytics workstreams from requirements through rollout and coordinate stakeholders.
