Job summary

Hilco Global, a part of Hilco Corporate Finance, LLC, seeks a Manager of Portfolio Analytics & Reporting in Northbrook, IL. You will own portfolio-level analytics, drive monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, and influence investor communications with senior leadership.

A strong background in private credit and financial modeling is essential, with hands-on data analysis and collaboration across teams to improve processes and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field required.
• Proficiency with financial models and tools to determine project financial benefits and profitability (NPV, IRR, ROI).
• Experience with portfolio management, accounting, and reporting systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor program-level financial tracking logs across portfolio accounting systems.
• Update and maintain fund-level financial models, analyze cash flows and performance metrics.
• Analyze variations against investment cases and covenants to identify credit migration.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for executives and investors.
• Respond to DDQs and supply verified data for investor tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop portfolio performance materials for investors.
• Perform complex financial and portfolio analyses to support planning and risk management.
• Lead special projects including process improvements and system implementations.
