Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business, analytics, or information systems field.
• 2+ years in business analytics, management, transformation, or related roles in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with complex formulas and executive-ready slide design.
• Experience building automated reporting and repeatable analytics using Python and/or VBA.
• Strong project and stakeholder management with ability to drive execution across multiple partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to present insights to senior audiences.
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset in time-pressured situations.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated reporting solutions for CRM leadership and client teams, improving speed, accuracy, and consistency of recurring deliverables.
• Build analytics dashboards and KPI frameworks with clear definitions and governance.
• Develop data pipelines and analysis workflows using Python and/or VBA, with documentation and controls.
• Produce high-quality PowerPoint materials for senior leadership updates and client discussions, with executive storytelling.
