Job summary

Leidos seeks a Senior Reporting and Analytics Specialist to design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting and dashboards for the DoD/DHA environment. The role leverages Salesforce CRM Analytics, Health Cloud, Amazon Connect, and other BI tools to deliver actionable insights for performance, workforce management, and program leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical discipline with 2–6 years (master's) or 4–8 years (bachelor's) of relevant experience.
• Experience developing enterprise reports, dashboards, datasets, or BI solutions (3+ years).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable platforms.
• Experience translating requirements into reporting specs and datasets.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise reports, dashboards, datasets, and BI solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics and other approved tools.
• Translate contractual reporting requirements into reporting specifications and metrics.
• Develop Salesforce datasets, recipes, dataflows, and dashboard visualizations.
• Create reports and dashboards supporting patient engagement, care coordination, and contact center operations.
• Develop dashboards using operational data from Amazon Connect.
• Integrate data from Salesforce Health Cloud, Amazon Connect, and other sources for consolidated reporting.
• Maintain recurring daily/weekly/monthly and ad hoc reports.
• Establish metric definitions, calculations, validation procedures, and documentation.
