• Promotional Operations: support promo creation, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
• CRM Campaign Execution: build and run campaigns across email, push, and in-app messaging.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with CRM, Loyalty, Marketing, Product, Data teams.
• Process & Operational Excellence: document workflows, ensure governance and compliance.
