You will manage the CRM team, collaborate across departments, ensure regulatory compliance, and tailor localized strategies for major markets, driving growth in a fast-paced online sports betting environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in CRM or loyalty roles within online sports betting.
• Data-literate, able to draw insights from raw data to drive decisions.
• Deep knowledge of CRM platforms and/or execution platforms (Optimove, Braze).
• Understanding of loyalty mechanics and customer lifecycles in online betting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sports CRM team to plan, manage, and optimize promotions and loyalty programs.
• Develop promotional strategy and drive customer loyalty across lifecycles using data-driven testing.
