Job summary

Insperity in Houston is seeking a CRM-focused Product Manager to steward the Insperity CRM platform and ecosystem for assigned user communities. You will analyze requirements, coordinate with Product Managers and engineering, and help design, test, and roll out updates and new features.

You will translate business needs into functional specs, create reports and dashboards, and collaborate across sales, marketing, and support to ensure a high-quality user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, MIS, or Computer Science is required.
• One to two years in the product management field or related experience is required.
• Enterprise CRM or Sales Force Automation (SFA) experience is strongly preferred.
• One to two years in administration or analysis of Web Analytics tools such as Pendo, Google Analytics, WalkMe, or Adobe Analytics experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer and organizational skills, ability to learn quickly, and be a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Works with engineers, analysts, product management, and business leaders to ensure quality software delivery.
• Translates business rules into functional requirements for engineers.
• Gathers and analyzes data to inform planning and strategy for CRM updates.
• Creates operational and utilization reports and dashboards.
• Assists in planning content and materials for conferences and product training.
