Job summary

Insperity in Houston is seeking a Technology Platform Manager to lead the Customer Data Platform and related marketing platforms. You will drive strategy, governance and execution across data, identity and activation workflows.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Analytics and IT to translate business goals into scalable platform capabilities, ensure privacy compliance and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in marketing technology or data platforms.
• Experience owning or managing a CDP.
• Hands-on SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with privacy, consent and data governance.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Owns the strategy, roadmap, optimization and daily operations of the CDP.
• Maintains one view across marketing platforms to show how they work together.
• Prioritizes platform capabilities by business value and technical feasibility.
• Establishes platform governance, ownership models and documentation.
• Partners with Marketing, Sales, Services and Analytics to translate objectives into audience definitions and journeys.
• Defines and reports platform health, data freshness and outcomes.
• Leads triage and root-cause analysis for platform issues.
