Job summary

Insperity is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to support Account Based Marketing and data operations in Salesforce. You will help with marketing-generated lead, contact and account data, uploads, assignments and governance to ensure clean, accurate data flow into sales workflows.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Marketing, Sales Operations, Analytics and field teams, plus proactive data quality and reporting to enable effective go-to-market programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, MIS, Analytics or a related field (or four years of related work experience).
• Experience or exposure to marketing, sales, analytics and data management is helpful but not required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Salesforce or a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing-generated lead, contact and account creation, uploads and routing in Salesforce.
• Operationalize approved audiences for Account Based Marketing and other go-to-market programs.
• Monitor lead and account routing and address assignment delays or exceptions.
• Assist with lead, funnel and SLA reporting to support marketing-to-sales visibility.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Sales, Analytics and field teams to support go-to-market initiatives.
• Maintain CRM data quality through routine audits, duplicate review and cleanup.
