Job summary

Veridian Service Partners is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own the i360 platform built on Salesforce, ensuring configuration accuracy, reliability, and day-to-day health. You will manage user access, lead routing, and data integrity while collaborating with Inside Sales, Field Sales, Growth Analytics, and executives to provide trusted reporting.

You will lead release management, sandbox testing, and documentation, driving CRM improvements and a service-first mindset across teams

Qualifications

5+ years as Salesforce Administrator or CRM admin owning day-to-day administration of a Salesforce org.
Hands-on experience with user management, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, reports, dashboards, and automation.
Experience managing lead assignment, routing, and permissioning in a sales environment.
Experience in high-volume sales, contact center, or home services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the sole internal owner and administrator of Veridian’s Salesforce-based i360 CRM, accountable for its configuration, health, and reliability.
Own day-to-day administration, including release management, sandbox testing, and safe rollout of changes.
Maintain system documentation, configuration standards, and a roadmap for ongoing CRM improvements.
