Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the transition from CRM implementation to steady-state operations.
• Establish and refine a scalable CRM support model with incident management and release planning.
• Manage relationships with CRM vendors and service providers as primary coordinator.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and coordinate escalations.
• Plan and execute system updates, enhancements, and support activities with vendors.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Service, and other teams to improve CRM usage.
